This year I was charged by Dean Sapiro of CAS to form a special task force to investigate the first-year experience of our undergraduate students. As part of this effort, we need YOU to help us to understand what your experiences have been—after all, you are the experts! The result of this survey, and of the task force effort, will be to design new programs and policies for the first year. Even if you are not a CAS students, we are all "One BU" in the residences, and you are probably taking a couple of CAS classes your first year, so please take the survey anyway!
We are doing this through the WR 150 program in order to get the best response rate to the survey. The questions have been framed for current freshmen, but if you are NOT currently a freshman, please take the survey and think about what your experiece was the first semester here at BU.
Please complete this survey online, and then hand back the answer to the essay question to your WR 150 instructor at your next class, or whenever you are instructed to do so. Thanks very much!
