As many math and computer science students have experienced, trying to understand complex 3-dimensional diagrams displayed on a 2-dimensional textbook page can be quite confusing. Especially for those of us that are more comfortable learning visually rather than textually, this can significantly hinder our ability to learn the course material. DiagramAR attempts to solve this problem by efficiently converting 2D Matplotlib figures from the lecture notes into immersive AR diagrams on iOS and Android apps.
