This third annual event will provide a technical forum for experts from industry and academia to exchange ideas and present results of ongoing research in the areas listed below. Please send four copies of your original paper (not to exceed 20 double-spaced pages) to reach either Technical Program Co-Chair at the addresses below by November 21, 1997. Keywords should be included. The paper should clearly indicate the complete postal and electronic mailing addresses, as well as the phone and fax numbers of the corresponding author.

Important Dates:

November 21, 1997: Paper submission deadline (extended from November 1)
February 15, 1998: Notifications of acceptance mailed to authors
March 15, 1998: Final camera-ready manuscripts due.
