Crescent Moon (Hilal) sighting for USA and Canada for many years.

NOTE: NEW MOON (not visible) is Sun 21 March 1993  13 hours 05 mins (UT)
      It is IMPOSSIBLE for the CRESCENT MOON (HILAL) to be visible
      east of USA/Canada on Sun 21 March 1993, world wide.
      Any reportings of Hilal sightings before this time are probably 
      some other sightings.
