The Networks Reading Group (NRG) is an informal, weekly gathering of CS grad students and faculty affliated with WING which meets on Thrusdays at 11am, usually in the student Graduate Lounge in the Research Lab. Discussions are centered around papers which model or analyze network protocols and performance. The objective of the group is to generate active discussions which can lead to fruitful research collaborations and to learn "best practice" techniques from reading high-quality analytical papers. These meetings are open to anyone interested. Topics and papers chosen each week will be completely up to the participants of the group, however, top conferences and recent work are usually more exciting. |
