Print quota


In order to prevent wasteful printing, a print quota has been placed on user accounts. Print quotas are determined by the type of account the user has. The quota is reset every week.

The print quota works like cash. Each page costs a certain amount and the user is able to print up to their quota. The quota is reset every Sunday. Left over print quota is not rolled over.

Page costs

Double sided $0.05

If you run out of print quota, you have the following options:

  • Wait until Sunday for your print quota to reset
  • Ask for additional print quota at the terminal assistant desk
  • Print to the ACS printers
