1. Final versions of your paper should be submitted by anonymous FTP to <ftp.terena.nl> into directory "pub/wcw01/submit". PLEASE NOTE THAT FILES DEPOSITED IN THIS DIRECTORY CAN ONLY BE WRITTEN ONCE AND CANNOT BE DELETED AFTERWARDS. If you have any problem in uploading your file please contact cavalli@terena.nl.

    

2. Please upload your paper in one zip compressed file containing: - the paper in a printable format (Postscript of PDF). - separate high quality eps file for each figure, the files should be named "figure1.eps,..,figureN.eps". - the paper in a word processing format (plain text is also fine) indicating the point of the first reference to each figure by inserting the figure file name between << >>. For instance, to indicate the point in the text where figure "figure3" is first referred to, you would insert a fragment <<figure3>> into the text of your paper. For formats that allow comments, feel free to comment this fragment out; for instance, in LaTeX, the above fragment may look as %<<figure3>>. - an index file listing the content of the zip file.

    

3. Please name your zip file as NNN_author.zip, where "NNN" is the number of your paper (you can find that in your reviews, email misha@research.att.com if you cannot find one) and "author" is the last name of the first author (who can be different from the contact author).
