Leo Reyzin received his A.B. from Harvard University, worked as a member of
research staff at RSA Laboratories, and went on to receive his S.M. and
Ph.D. degrees in cryptography at MIT. He conducts research on extending
cryptographic techniques to provide protection in more realistic and more
hostile environments. He has contributed to the development of
cryptography standards, worked as an industry consultant, and served on
numerous conference program committees, including Theory of Cryptography
Conference, Public Key Cryptography Conference, and Crypto. He is a
recipient of the National Science Foundation's CAREER award.
Research interests: modern cryptography, applications of complexity theory
and information theory.
Databases, data structures, introduction to computer science.
