You should do all the work on a single spreadsheet (this will make your
life easier). I.e., the information for each class, the semester GPAs,
the year GPAs, and the overall GPA should be on a single spreadsheet.

Formulas are whenever you do a _calculation_ in the spreadsheet, so
yes, the GPAs, but also the _grade points_ for individual classes.

No, there is a way to print out your spreadsheet with _values_ (i.e., the
values that you type in plus the values computed by formulas) and a way to
print the spreadsheet showing all the _formulas_. They tell you how to do
it in the spreadsheet section of your _Approaching MacIntosh_ book.
Don't forget that you have to produce a chart of semester GPAs for all
semesters using Excel.

Someone asked...

You should label the x and y axes. Give the chart a nice title too.
If you can, label each bar with which semester it is.

Have you tried printing it in landscape mode (i.e., sideways), which
can be selected from the Page Setup box under the File menu.

It is fine if they are more than one page.

Look at pages 224-226 in your Approaching MacIntosh book.
