What language can be used to implement the new extendtable, in regards to
problem set 6 problem 4? Or in other words are there language constructs
that we have learned about, but are not allowed to use in this
implementation? Is it required that a table be of type Nat->OptionalNat,
and extendtable be of type Table->Nat->Nat->Table?

Thank You,
-Sam Epstein
