Grading Criteria for Problem Set 07:
1. 20 points. More complete proofs have higher score. It is explained in
the GRADES file what is missing.
2. 10 points. Again, more complete proofs have higher score.
3. 20 points: 10 points to show that Pierce can or cannot be encoded in
Handout 16, and another 10 points to show that Handout 16 can or cannot be
encoded in Pierce. The correct answer is both can be encoded in each
other. A encodes B does not automatically mean that B cannot encode A.
This is the reason for most people getting only 10 points on this problem.
